Fairly is a fast-growing startup in the vacation rental space. We are building the future of property management, but to do that, we need to connect with the right homeowners. That’s where you come in.


The Role 

We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Strategist to take complete ownership of our homeowner acquisition campaigns. You will be the architect and the builder of our outbound engine, focusing entirely on high-touch, highly targeted Direct Mail (physical letters) and Email Outreach.


This is a high-velocity role. You will act as the strategic bridge between marketing and sales, operating at a rapid pace to launch multiple campaigns per day. You will deeply research the audience, leverage AI to scale your copywriting, tap into large datasets to build the lists, manage the production, press "send," and measure the pipeline you create for the sales team.


What You’ll Do

  • High-Velocity Execution: Launch, manage, and iterate on multiple outbound campaigns per day, maintaining a rapid cadence of testing and deployment across email and physical mail.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Actively leverage AI tools to scale your copywriting, personalize messaging at scale, and streamline campaign production without sacrificing quality or that "human touch."
  • Own Outbound Lead Generation: Design highly targeted, multi-touch outbound campaigns combining physical direct mail and email sequences to acquire new vacation rental properties.
  • Audience Segmentation & Message Customization: Deeply research and identify the specific pain points, motivations, and objections of different vacation rental homeowners. You will segment our target lists and highly customize all marketing collateral so the messaging perfectly resonates with each unique audience.
  • Direct Response Copywriting at Scale: Craft highly persuasive messaging tailored to distinct homeowner cohorts. Rather than writing one-by-one, you will develop dynamic templates and copy frameworks for letters, postcards, and emails that leverage our data to personalize at volume and convince owners to engage with our sales team.
  • End-to-End Production: Manage the actual execution of these campaigns. This includes formatting letters, working with print vendors for physical mailers, and building out sequences for our outreach.
  • Advanced List & Data Management: Leverage APIs and big data to build, segment, and refine massive lists of target homeowners based on sophisticated property data and ideal customer profiles.
  • Sales Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure the messaging matches their pitch, gather feedback on lead quality, and adjust campaigns based on what is actually closing.


Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3 years in a fast-paced B2B marketing, direct response marketing, or outbound lead generation role.
  • Bias for Action: You thrive in a high-velocity startup environment. You are comfortable shipping multiple campaigns daily and learning quickly from the results.
  • AI Proficiency: You don't just know what AI is; you use it daily to multiply your output, ideate angles, and drive aggressive efficiency in your workflow.
  • Strategic Empathy & Persona Development: You don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" marketing. You have a proven ability to step into the shoes of different target audiences, figure out exactly what they care about, and translate those insights into highly targeted copy frameworks.
  • A "Full-Stack" Marketer: You are just as comfortable designing a high-level acquisition strategy as you are sitting down to build dynamic copy templates and working with complex data and APIs to launch highly targeted campaigns.
  • Direct Mail Expertise: You have experience running physical direct mail campaigns, understanding the logistics of mail houses, postage, and leveraging data to hit the right physical mailboxes.
  • Data-Driven: You measure your success not by "impressions," but by leads generated, meetings booked, and properties acquired.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in PropTech, real estate, or the short-term vacation rental industry.
