Includes holiday and weekend rotation.
An LPN will focus on monitoring health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will assist and lead STNA staff. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.

Qualifications
Qualifications and/or Skills Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program;
Current LPN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board;
Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience, preferred;
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights;
Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;
Must have excellent attendance and work history;
