Duties
- Greet members & guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. us
- Manage carts, clubs, the driving range, the practice chipping area, and the bag room efficiently, insuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about course conditions, events, and amenities, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support event setup and management for tournaments, outings, or special functions, coordinating with staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Support safety initiatives by implementing manual handling procedures, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with basic first aid or CPR when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and be a licensed driver.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle member & guest concerns or disputes professionally and calmly.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment or supplies safely.
- Must be able to read and understand a golf tee sheet.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective public speaking abilities to engage our members confidently.
