Fairhope Residential LLC operates a 3-bedroom group home in Fairhope, Alabama, dedicated to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide a supportive, family-like environment where residents can thrive with dignity, respect, and meaningful daily engagement.
We are currently seeking a dependable and organized House Manager to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, positive living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times
- Perform compliance checks, including reviewing Medication Administration Records (MAR) and resident charting
- Conduct regular fire and severe weather drills
- Plan and coordinate meaningful resident engagement activities
- Oversee day-to-day house operations and maintain a positive, safe living environment for residents

Requirements:
