CUSTODIAN III
Qualifications:The skills and knowledge required would generally be acquired with graduation from high school and /or its equivalent and experience in building cleaning, minor maintenance, security services or related work. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. College credits a plus.
Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment; grounds equipment, simple repair and maintenance methods, and the factors of fire and health safety involved in the care of buildings. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to effectively multi-task.
Working Conditions:Ability to lift 75 pounds of weight.
Some degree of stress in interacting with staff members and meeting deadlines.
This position works a late afternoon/evening shift
Starting hourly rate with shift differential is $23.27, full benefits package offered including medical/dental/RX/Life/LTD/401A and PTO
