As a contributor to this organization, this role handles personnel-related administrative tasks, assists with employee onboarding, coordinates training activities, and supports employees. The HR Coordinator manages confidential information with discretion and consistently represents the company with professionalism and excellent customer service. Schedule: Shift 1: Monday to Friday: 5:45 AM to 2:45 PMShift 2: Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM*While we primarily operate on two shifts, shift times are subject to change based on business needs, including the potential addition of a third shift as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is required to support operational demands.Pay Range: DOEEssential Duties Translate documents, training modules and provide support as a translator.Supports Operations by managing entrances and ensuring all staff have badge access: Issued at onboarding and removed/collected at offboardingAssists in maintaining applicant tracking (data entry) and HRIS upkeep for reference checks, background checks, I9s for temporary employees, etc.Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes.Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate flow.Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs across the facility.Maintain training calendars, attendance logs, learning records, and feedback surveys.Support development of training materials, e-learning modules, and training documentation.Track employee training compliance, certifications, and recertification deadlines.Assist with company-wide training initiatives and communication of training policies.Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor when interacting with staff at all levels.Prepare and maintain new hire folders and personnel files; support HR department filing systems.Manage workforce headcount reports and other HR-related metrics or analyses.Assist in Employee Relations matters by documenting concerns and supporting follow-up actions.Conduct periodic safety walkthroughs and follow all company safety rules.Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of HR administrative or office experience preferred.1–3 years of experience in training coordination, employee development, or related training support preferred.Bilingual in Spanish and English required.Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills; able to speak clearly and professionally.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment while maintaining professionalism.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.Comfortable operating standard office equipment.Fairfield Guiding PrinciplesMake Products We Want to Use | Operate with Integrity | Strike a Lifestyle Balance | Promote the Giving SpiritFairfield Processing Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
