Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism, warmth, and excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using OPERA or similar hotel management software.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel security protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or emergencies following established hotel emergency procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and resort operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional guest services is essential.
