Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in various settings, including fine dining, banquets, and catering events
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer interactions
- Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless catering experiences from setup to cleanup
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to serve efficiently while engaging warmly with guests
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in banquet service or catering operations is highly desirable
- Background in the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality experience
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Commitment to food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Previous dietary aide or food safety certification is advantageous
