Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning solutions for different surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures when handling chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
• Prior hotel experience or housekeeping management background is advantageous but not mandatory.
