Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage and conducting safety inspections of the property during night hours
• Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information in multiple languages if needed
• Support guest relations by providing personalized service, addressing special requests, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in night audit or front desk functions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to handle diverse guest needs
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills that facilitate communication with a broad range of guests
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management principles
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and guests from various backgrounds
