Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout public areas and corridors
• Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to deliver consistent service excellence
• Assist with general janitorial tasks in common areas, ensuring all spaces are inviting and well-maintained

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, especially in hotel or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service
