Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while updating records efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive stay experience
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of common areas, and controlling access to the property
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities guidance, and multilingual assistance when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong understanding of front desk functions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and hotel management best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally at all hours
