Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are replenished promptly and attractively displayed
• Greet guests warmly, assist with menu selections, and answer any questions about food options or dietary needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and serving stations
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with catering or banquet breakfast setups when required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service flow efficiently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food industry settings is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Experience serving in restaurants or catering environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends; physical stamina to stand for extended periods is essential
