Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, organize, and refresh guest rooms and suites following Marriott’s detailed cleanliness protocols and brand standards.
- Maintain hallways, public spaces, and service areas with a consistent focus on safety, sanitation, and visual appeal.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all items in the room meet Marriott’s quality expectations.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality when entering or servicing occupied rooms.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support hotel operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
