Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse guest populations are highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
