Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through phone systems and online platforms.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse guest population.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
