We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
