What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Guest Service
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Help create memorable guest experiences through personalized service.
Manage Front Desk Operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with balancing cash drawers and completing shift-related reports when required.
Support Hotel Operations
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Assist with resolving guest issues and operational challenges.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction
- Monitor hotel activity and report concerns appropriately.
- Assist with emergency procedures and guest needs when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems is a plus.
- Cash handling and basic computer skills.

Schedule Requirements
