Part-Time Front Desk Agent

Fairfield Inn & Suites O'Fallon, IL is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 shifts per week and is available for both morning and evening shifts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple tasks at once, and maintains a positive, professional attitude while providing exceptional guest service.
Shift Availability Required
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Applicants must have flexibility to work a combination of both shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phones, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Complete daily shift tasks and reports
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred
- Must be available to work both morning and evening shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
