Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floors through specialized care like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance
- Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating versatility in household tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe environment
- Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking items as necessary to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with carpet cleaning machines and housekeeper management is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation or cooking is desirable but not mandatory
- Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles enhances your suitability for this position
- Must be able to work weekends
