Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits using property management systems STAY PMS reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of daily financial transactions
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to assist late-night arrivals and departures
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized communication and problem-solving
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety inspections, and follow emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest requests or facility needs during overnight hours
- Handle reservations and modifications efficiently within hospitality reservation systems while maintaining clear client communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone communication, and hospitality etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Previous experience in resort environments or with multi-line phone systems is a plus
