Hospitality Housekeeper

Job Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality will ensure that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a proactive approach to housekeeping management, ensuring that all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to maintain a fresh environment for guests.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of service.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, 1 year experience needed.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in housekeeping management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
