The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team while also taking an active role in social media presence, small event coordination, and building relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
- Coordinate and execute small meetings, social groups, and catering events
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote hotel offerings and events
- Assist with group bookings, contracts, and client communication
- Conduct site tours and support client interactions with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Support outbound sales efforts, including prospecting and local outreach
- Maintain organized records, files, and sales systems
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
