What You'll Do
- Clean and service guest rooms to company and brand standards
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
- Dust furniture and clean surfaces
- Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly
- Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness expectations
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
