Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest relations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is for Friday and Saturday nights.
Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, including occupancy rates and revenue.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing personalized service to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
