- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, common areas, and designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a spotless appearance
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as needed to support resident or guest satisfaction
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing methods
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and janitorial best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and climbing ladders if necessary
- Experience with laundry operations and light cooking is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous
