Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle all front desk transactions with professionalism.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues quickly and uphold hotel standards.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of FOSSE and proficiency with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
