Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast while delivering excellent guest service in a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
This position plays a key role in the guest experience and requires strong accountability, consistency, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items in accordance with brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the breakfast area at all times
- Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly during service
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature logs (HACCP compliance)
- Provide friendly and professional guest service, assisting guests as needed
- Keep all equipment (coffee stations, juice machines, etc.) clean and fully operational
- Perform opening and closing duties, including full breakdown and cleaning of the area
- Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to management
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Schedule Requirements
- Early morning availability required (typically starting between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Must be able to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
- Reliable transportation is required (property is not on a bus line)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout shift
Compensation
- $16.50 – $17.00 per hour
- Part-time position
