Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle all front desk operations with professionalism and friendliness.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests via phone or in person with exceptional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Conduct detailed night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all accounts.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during night hours.
- Assist guests with concierge services such as providing local information, coordinating transportation, or resolving concerns promptly.
- Document all shift activities thoroughly through shift reports and incident logs to ensure seamless communication between teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse populations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences through attentive service and effective communication.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Demonstrated capability in hotel experience including guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk management.
