Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, clean, and inviting for guests
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly customer service to enhance their morning experience
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas
- Replenish supplies regularly and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage dietary accommodations by understanding special dietary needs and ensuring appropriate food handling practices are followed
- Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and providing prompt assistance as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Experience in serving, catering, or banquet settings will be advantageous
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential
- Barista experience or background in hospitality enhances your ability to deliver excellent guest interactions
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food handling regulations demonstrates your commitment to safe service
- Restaurant or food industry experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role
- Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key

Requirements
- Obtain Food Handlers certificate (ServSafe) within 3 days of hire. Cost of certificate will be reimbursed after 90 days of continuous employment.
