Front Desk Agent
The Front Desk Agent serves as a brand ambassador for Fairfield Inn by Marriott, delivering a consistent, welcoming, and efficient guest experience aligned with Marriott service standards. This role is accountable for maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and urgency in all guest interactions while supporting overall hotel performance and guest satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge every guest with eye contact, professionalism, and Marriott brand service standards
- Complete accurate check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and payment processing
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure room readiness and operational flow
- Follow all cash-handling, safety, and security procedures without exception
- Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and accountability for assigned shifts
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture

Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
