Maintenance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team and ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, to maintain optimal equipment performance and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of industrial machinery, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), HVAC units, and mechanical equipment.
• Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage), machinery operation, and facilities management.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with management on facilities upgrades, equipment installations, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems (including both high voltage and low voltage).
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
• Mechanical expertise in troubleshooting industrial machinery and understanding of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with facilities management principles including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills in English to clearly convey technical information and lead teams confidently.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical issues.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
