Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and efficiency
- Conduct dry cleaning services as needed for delicate or special items to ensure quality results
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to maintain operational readiness
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
