Part-Time Maintenance & Utility Associate
Fairfield Inn & Suites – Marietta, OH
The Maintenance & Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining the hotel property to ensure it remains in excellent condition, supporting guest satisfaction and safety. This part-time position is scheduled 5 days per week on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces
- Respond to daily guest service requests and complete work orders promptly
- Clean public areas as noted by property checklist.
- Maintain landscaping, pool/spa upkeep, and grounds cleanliness
- Assist the front desk to help any guest with special needs requested.
- Support quarterly and monthly preventative maintenance programs and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance trades (hospitality experience a plus)
- Certifications in electrical, plumbing, or pool maintenance are beneficial
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical maintenance duties
- Valid driver’s license required
