Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process
- Manage guest inquiries and requests with promptness and professionalism via front desk interactions and phone calls
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of all accounts
- Maintain guest records accurately, including check-in/check-out procedures and billing details
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred; previous front desk or guest services experience highly valued
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a resort setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations professionally while maintaining attention to detail
