You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general repair and maintenance services
- Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property
- Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
- Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets
- At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
