WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Community Housekeeper with at least one (1) year of professional cleaning experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.
You enjoy attention to detail and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Ensure and maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and restrooms (including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, removing trash, etc.)
- Ensure that vacant units are clean and ready for occupancy in the shortest time possible
- Keep exterior areas free of hazards and unsightly materials, including sweeping and litter pick-up
- Maintain knowledge of alarm systems, including emergency contacts such as fire, EMS and police departments
WHAT YOU NEED
- High-school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one (1) year of professional cleaning experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use computer hardware and software, including mobile devices, and other technology applications
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
