The GROWING team at Fairfield Equine Associates in Newtown, CT is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Since being founded in 1989, Fairfield Equine Associates has been globally recognized as one of the finest equine medical facilities in the world. From treating the top athletes at home to Olympic and other international sporting events, we strive to provide premium care and exceed client expectations. As one of the most technically advanced practices in the country, our services include digital radiography, ultrasound, nuclear scintigraphy (bone scan), onsite MRI, state of the art surgical suites, and shockwave therapy among others. A proud member of the ISELP with two board certified surgeons and 15 doctors total, our mission is to provide exemplary healthcare for every horse we treat.
The Ideal Candidate:
· You ideally have at least two years of prior experience working in the sport horse industry.
· You are Motivated, dependable, and organized, have a strong work ethic and a love for equine athletes and the people they come with!
· You understand the importance of clear & effective communication among clients and team members.
· Basic veterinary medical knowledge, including products and services
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mail, and practice management software experience preferred)
· You have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and still attend to details
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
Anticipated Schedule:
· One Full-time position
· Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch break
Compensation & Benefits:
· SIGN ON BONUS $1000
