Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and billing
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure an efficient and smooth office experience
- Salary Negoitable
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
- Professional, dependable, and a true team player
