About the Role:
The Harley Vehicle Sales and Customer Service Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations by delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to prospective buyers. This position focuses on guiding customers through the beginning steps of the process, from initial inquiry to selecting their perfect motorcycle, to gathering information, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. The associate will actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products, and tailor recommendations accordingly. Success in this role directly contributes to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer loyalty. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with the dealership team to maintain showroom standards and support promotional activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sales.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles or similar brands.
- Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and features.
- Exceptional customer service skills and building relationships

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the dealership.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles and accessories, highlighting features and benefits
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist in organizing and participating in dealership events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
