About the Role:
The Driver, Detail and Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail motorcycle services by managing motorcycle transportation, lot organization, and detailed cleaning. This position is responsible for safely transporting motorcycle between locations, preparing cars for customer delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the motorcycle lot. The role requires a keen eye for detail to perform thorough motorcycle cleaning and inspection, ensuring each motorcycle meets company standards before reaching customers. Additionally, the attendant supports inventory management by organizing motorcycle efficiently to maximize lot space and accessibility. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the retail motorcycle environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, M1 strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate motorcycles safely in various weather and traffic conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot management.
- Familiarity with automotive and/or motorcycle safety standards and procedures.
- Customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment.
- Ability to operate small machinery such as floor buffers or pressure washers.
- Certification in detailing or related training.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport motorcycles between dealership, service centers, and customer locations as needed.
- Perform detailed cleaning and preparation of motorcycles, including washing, polishing, and detailing to ensure showroom quality.
- Organize and maintain the vehicle lot by riding motorcycles in designated areas, monitoring lot inventory, and ensuring bikes are easily accessible.
- Conduct routine inspections of motorcycles for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance needs, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Assist with general lot maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring the lot is free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
- Others tasks as assigned.

The required skills such as safe driving and vehicle handling are essential for transporting motorcycles without damage and ensuring timely delivery. Attention to detail is critical when performing motorcycle cleaning and inspections to maintain high presentation standards.
