- Serve as primary point of contact for all Fairfield County Job and Family Services (JFS) scheduling. This includes answering telephones, screening calls, reviewing and responding to emails, making referrals, giving/receiving information regarding services, and coordinate JFS trips with contracted transportation providers
- Accurately schedule passenger trips and put trips into software
- Organize billling from contracted providers and submit to Supervisor and the Administrative Assistant
- Serve as point of contact for scheduling any contracted trips
- Establish, organize and maintain case files and other records: provide status reports to appropriate staff, JFS staff, and Supervisor
- Attend meetings and/or training; other duties as assigned by Director or designee
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and be insurable under the County's insurance plan
- 1 year or more office experience
- 1 year or more computer experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Ohio Drivers License
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with customers of all demographics with different types of capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and to capably interact with coworkers and the public
