Qualifications:
- Passionate about customer service
- Previous hospitality experience
- Team player
- Solution-oriented
- Great written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Dental experience is not required, but it is preferred
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, providing a WOW experience for our patients
· Completing treatment consents, coordinating patient treatment with other providers
· Answering heavy phone volume, emails, and text messages
· Regular clerical duties: scanning, filing, organizing
