Preschool Teacher - West Elementary-(Long Term Substitute (10/14/25-5/21/26)
Must hold a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license or substitute license. Collaborate and provide instruction with preschool intervention specialist teacher daily; co-plan units; participate in grade level data meetings; develop and implement instructional calendars; design and deliver lessons connected to the state standards; work effectively in a team atmosphere. Must be aware of “best practice” instruction in Early Childhood. Responsive Classroom skills preferred. Must be properly licensed in grade level, subject and student population
Applicants that are offered a teaching position shall be required to submit to an FBI/BCI criminal background check. Failure to satisfactorily pass the criminal background check based upon the discretion of the Board of Education will preclude an individual from employment with the Fairfield City School District.
