Fairfield Center School (FCS) is looking to fill a Behavior Consultant position. Qualified candidates must be collaborative team members and have a passion for supporting the growth and development of children.
The Behavior Consultant serves as a liaison between students, families, faculty and community providers. This position has a particular focus on building capacity to meet the social, emotional and behavioral needs of students at the universal, targeted and intensive level. Performs a variety of tasks to aid in the coordination of behavioral support services for students and to increase the
efficacy of preventive and proactive interventions.
Individual should possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
