The Fairfield Inn & Suites Whitewater is looking for our next Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our amazing housekeeping team!
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect guest rooms & public areas to ensure top-notch cleanliness
- Coach, support, and motivate team members
- Help keep operations running smoothly each day
- Jump in and assist wherever needed
- Create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail

Requirements
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach over shoulders repetitively.
- Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to effectively interact with Team Members and guest.
Must be available weekends and holidays.
Education/Experience
Comparable hotel size and scope of experience preferred
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Our hotel functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
