Weekends are mandatory for this position, and with the holiday season coming there will be a need to work on some traditional holidays (with time and half holiday pay).
The Fairfield Inn will be hiring multiple associates. Part-time opportunities are available. We have openings on 2nd (3 to 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am)
-FOSSE by Marriott system knowledge is preferred, however previous hotel, restaurant and retail experience can be substituted.
This position will primarily work the 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift and the night audit (overnight shift , 11:00pm to 7:00am).
**Duties:**
- Greet and check-in and check-out guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations following company procedures
- Handle credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Run the daily hotel audit, ensure all guests are checked-in, post charges and service any early check-outs or late check-ins.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous hotel, restaurant or retail experience is required, Marriott hotel experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest relations and guest services skills
