Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with clear phone etiquette and providing accurate information.
• Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details.
• Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
• Uphold guest relations by offering personalized service, sharing local information, and creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling reservations and guest records accurately.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services, hotel operations, and night audit procedures.
