**Job Title: Part-Time Night Auditor**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team and help maintain the seamless operation of our establishment during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform nightly accounting tasks, including auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs while managing reservations and handling guest requests professionally and courteously.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide exemplary customer service at all hours, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
- Assist in maintaining the front desk and lobby area in a neat and orderly manner.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Marriott experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
