Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Evening Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage guest reservations using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance their stay experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently
- Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to improve service quality
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS)
- Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest concerns promptly
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy during night shifts
- Experience in hotel night audit processes and resort environments is a plus
